Ashley grew up in the high country of Colorado, and learned from an early age to love what the outdoors has to offer. Playing in the mountains taught her not only the joys and challenges of nature, but also its healing powers. She was drawn to the Pacific northwest and worked for years as a professional Ski Patroller, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Outdoor Guide in both Oregon and Alaska. Ashley graduated from the Higher Elevation Healing Arts School for Massage Therapy in 2013. She then continued her training with becoming certified in cupping therapy through the International Cupping Therapy Association.

Ashley is licensed and insured in the state of Colorado. She offers a practical, holistic approach to massage therapy, including organic creams and essential oils to aid with healing. When Ashley is not working, you can find her gardening and enjoying the outdoors with her husband, and their adventurous son.
