Prenatal MassAGE
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Gentle to moderate pressure is incorporated to increase circulation, decrease swelling and pain, and create an overall sense of relaxation and calm. Recommended for women in any trimester.

EVENT ANd CHAIR MASSAGE
Whether a wedding, group office event, or athletic race, Ashley will work with you to design a massage program for your group's needs.
A specialized massage chair is often utilized for office employees or folks that are simply more comfortable staying clothed. Typically ranging anywhere from 10-60 minute sessions, chair massage is an excellent way for people to return to work or activities more relaxed, refreshed, and clear headed.
Prices start at $75/per hour for one therapist, with a minimum of 60 minutes.
